Must have a clean and valid driver's license

1. Arrive early in order to structure and plan out your workday
2. Effectively lead multiple employees in a manner that encourages teamwork and drives our company culture
3. Make sure crew trucks are clean and ready to go for the workday
4. Keep track of materials and tools needed for each workday
5. Be sure you have all materials required for completing your job BEFORE getting to the job-site
6. Ensure job-site is clean and orderly at the end of each workday
7. Operate equipment and machinery safely, effectively & efficiently
8. Make sure operator is performing their responsibilities of maintaining equipment
9. Perform a 360 walk around before driving any company vehicles or equipment to ensure safety of yourself, fellow teammates, others and your surrounding environment
10. Responsible for informing the management of potential job-site hazards & breakdowns of equipment
11. Read job plans and install as directed
12. Responsible for making and tracking purchase decisions up to $250 in the company’s best interest
13. Keep open lines of communication between crew members and deescalate situations that do not align with the code of conduct as written in your employee handbook
14. Maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license
15. Effectively communicate with crew members, managers, and customers
16. Meet timelines of production schedule
17. Maintain proper paperwork and ensure it is turned into the appropriate manager or department
18. Take direction from supervisors and quality control managers
19. Work unsupervised on varying job-sites
20. Run a SAFE and clean job-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
