We are looking for dedicated and experienced landscape foreman. We need people looking to build a career with a company that acknowledges their hard work and commitment to quality work. We are owned by two young energetic brothers that grew up in the industry and love to construct and take on new challenges! We want all of our employees to be just as successful as the company in what they do, so we demand the highest quality work, and attitude from everyone.

We are looking to have people start next season as a foreman leading a crew.

The ideal candidate will have…

-3+ years experience in hardscape installation
-3+ years in landscape experience
-3+ years skid loader and excavator experience
-DOT medical card or able to get one
-Adequate knowledge of installing paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, reading blueprints etc
-Good positive attitiude
-Good at leading a crew of 3-5 other people
-Reliable (the whole crew is counting on you)
-Self starting and motivated
-good decision maker

Pay will depend on qualifications. We set a base pay for first 2 weeks, then we will conduct performance review and provide raise/ bonuses from there. We offer performance bonuses through the season for jobs complete within allocated man hours for jobs. A company truck is an option for leaders with 1+ year with the company. We treat all of our people very fairly, and for those who are dedicated to what they are doing there is huge opportunity to grow.
