Landscape / Hardscape with outdoor living design

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 plus commission based on experience

Established and highly regarded landscape design / build firm is currently looking for a Sales / Designer for our construction division. We are looking for someone that is interested in working for a very dynamic company. The position duties would include participation in initial sales through the entire planning and design process for a wide variety of projects as well as supporting in the implementation of select projects. The ideal candidate would be diverse in their design experience, have experience dealing with clients on a regular basis, a professional demeanor, and has Cad and design software experience. This is a position where you have to have years of experience.

Duties:

Sales from leads generated by company.

Generate proposals and work through bid processes with customers

CAD and 3d designs.

Creating proposals and selling plans.

Manage and resolve client issues

Education:

3+ years of experience

CAD or other software related skills. Will teach our software.

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000
