Crew members are an important part of each of our landscape management teams by providing crew labor support to team members maintaining and managing commercial landscapes. Responsibilities include operating equipment, practicing horticulture, and caring for trees, shrubs, and turf.

This is a great entry level position with tremendous opportunity for position and compensation growth! We have positions for those with experience, and training for those who like to work hard and want to learn!

Ruppert Landscape has strategically grown to better serve our customers and employees by operating three branches in the Richmond area (Glen Allen, Richmond, and North Chesterfield.) Each branch encompasses many positions including landscape professionals, sales team, administration, and account management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
