Position Overview

Over the last 12 years, Property Pros Land Management, LLC has become the premier Landscape Design and Build firm in the area, with a stellar reputation in the Indianapolis community. Based out of Fortville, Property Pros services all of central Indiana with their landscape maintenance and outdoor design needs. While working with a team of 1-3 employees, this position provides landscape maintenance services, including mowing, mulching, trimming, pruning, weeding, edging, blowing, plant installation, and watering, as well as hardscape and construction services, such as installation of paver patios, pergolas, water features, retention walls, landscape lighting, outdoor kitchens, and plants/trees.

Essential Responsibilities for Crew Members

• Completing all assigned projects as scheduled with the assistance of 1-3 team members, and working with their Crew Leader to meet all production goals for the team, while maintaining a very high level of job quality.
• Providing landscape maintenance services, including mowing, mulching, trimming, pruning, weeding, edging, blowing, plant installation, watering, etc.
• Installing paver patios, pergolas, water features, retention walls, landscape lighting, outdoor kitchens, plants/trees, etc.
• Following the Property Pros: Standards of Process to ensure the proper installation techniques.
• Following all company policies and procedures outlined within the Employee Handbook.
• Completing any other duties, as assigned.

Position Requirements

• At least 1 year of hardscape/construction experience, preferred
• At least 1 year of professional landscaping experience, preferred
• Valid driver’s license, strongly preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to read and write
• Self-motivated, with the ambition and willingness to take initiative
• Highly organized and able to follow processes
