SUMMARY To supervise restaurant associates and assist associates by performing the following duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Supervise and evaluate performance of restaurant associates.  Assist in the training and development of associates.  Assist associates in the performance of their duties.  Provide information to the Restaurant Asst. Managers and Manager concerning outlet needs.  Maintain PCH Hotels & Resorts service standards.  Talk with guests concerning special needs or complaints.  Complete end of shift paperwork.  Regular and prompt attendance as well as the ability to work the schedule as defined and overtime as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises up to 20 + employees in the Club Restaurants/Pool/Beverage Carts. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
