Position Description:
Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Jackson, TN, 38301

Duration: 2 Months (W2 Contract)

Shifts: Week 1 - 3 days: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday - Week 2 - 4 days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

Desired Skill Set: Expertise in Material Handling with computer literacy

Job Description:

• Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site.

• Reads work order or follows verbal instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.

• Responsible for unloading raw materials in a clean (no spills), safe manner.

• Responsible for entering all receipts into SAP, for ensuring that all Certificates of Analysis are received and meet Specifications for all incoming packaged resin and raw materials.

• Responsible for updating and maintaining the Railcar Spreadsheet with In-transit cars and insure SAP data integrity.

Work Experience:

• The position requires previous experience in receiving, inventory, or any other warehouse management experience and Fork Lift experience.

• This position requires computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft’s Excel and SAP, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, and Production Planning. The incumbent must have basic math and English skills.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
