Position Type: contract( 12 months) with possible extension
Pay rate $24/hr on w2 with benefits
Education:
Associates Degree in Engineering, Operations, Chemistry, or related field. Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
Requirements:
One+ year experience in a manufacturing environment (engineering, technical sales, management).
Strong interpersonal, communications and documentation skills.
Proficient in standard Windows software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
The Technician is a role within Client that is assigned to support specific customers and their processes.
Candidate will provide weekly onsite technical support to customer locations - 3 times per week at the Booneville, MS or Corinth, MS locations and 2 times per week at 4 customers locations in Dyersburg, TN. Position will require some weekend hours.
Conduct weekly audits/service reports, monthly status reports, and process improvement ideas for dedicated customers.
Identify and help work on new sales opportunities at assigned customers.
Insure adequate chemical supply through troubleshooting with Client customer service at specific client locations.
Pull and Titrate samples.
Record temperatures and pressures.
Verify system is operating within recommended specifications.
Visually inspect spray patterns.
Verify expected cleanliness/coating of parts.
Train operators.
Discuss findings with appropriate customer personnel.
Fill out/email service report to customer.
Review quality during each visit.
Discuss customer goals and help to achieve them.
Assist customer with orders and inventory.
Conduct technical training classes for client personnel.
Conduct regular monthly communications with assigned account manager updating account status.
Liaison with client site personnel from washer operators to supervisors, department managers, quality managers, EHS managers, divisional vice presidents and purchasing.

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
