• Ability to follow chemical preparation procedures.
• Ability to write SOP’s and protocols for a laboratory setting.

• Masters Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Soil Science, or closely related field.
• Experience working with small agricultural producers.
• Forage identification skills.
• Soil sampling skills.
• Public speaking and teaching experience.

• Writing SOP’s and lab protocols.
• Monitoring SOP’s and lab protocols.
• Managing laboratory data and chain of custody.
• Statistical analysis.
• Make extracts of soils and plant tissue.
• Operating analytic equipment.
• Public speaking with small farmers and ranchers.
• Conduct laboratory procedures and maintain laboratory orderliness.
