The objective of this position is to accurately pick, prep, and pack product to fulfill orders. The role requires the ability to work in a lab handling and preparing cannabis concentrates. Candidate must be able to follow all protocols and procedures to ensure product quality before shipment.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

Job Duties:

• Monitor and update status on Monday’s Order Board for new incoming orders
• Prepare and package orders for shipment
• Prepare shipping documentation needed
• Verify incoming, outgoing, and return orders including weight, MUID, and Jar count
• Monitor and update status on Monday Order Board
• Ensure all product MUID tags are ready for shipment an updated in Metrc
• Ensures products have been removed from Monday stock boards
• Communicates with Dispatcher to ensure products are ready for scheduled shipment
• Assists sales team with order status and details upon request
• Sets timelines for order completion.
• Assists in inventory allocation.
• Inventories and ships samples to clients upon request
• Communicate and update movements in Monday order board
• Updates Production timelines to the Monday Board and communicates to the team.
• Works with Dispatch coordinator to ensure orders are in the correct location for driver shipments.
• Monitors and updates Monday Sample Board
• Ensures Samples are sent to clients.
• Keep Sample Inventory current on Monday
• Does sample month end inventory and cycle counts of samples.

Skills

• Ability to use scales and other measuring devices
• Ability to work in a lab environment in a safe manner
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide numbers accurately
• Must have proficient knowledge of basic computer skills including excel, word, and navigating online resources and programs.

• Monday thru Friday 08:00am - 4:30pm
