Located in the Manchester, MO, our assisted living homes have some of the best resident to staff ratios in the area - 4:1 or 6:1. We are seeking compassionate Level One Medication Aides or Certified Medication Technicians to assist our residents.

Typical responsibilities of a L1MA/CMT:

• Activities and one-on-one interaction with the residents

• Assisting with light housekeeping duties to maintain the residents' home

• Preparing meals to support the health of the residents

• Administering medication

• Documenting, reporting and advocating for residents

• Providing compassionate personal care assistance to the residents

To be considered for the L1MA position, one must:

• Have a valid Level One Medication Aide or CMT certification

• Be able to work every other weekend and to be placed in a holiday rotation

• Have a Valid Driver's License (no suspensions)

• Proof of Car Insurance and Own Vehicle or Reliable Transportation

• Have a Clear Background Check

Our Ideal L1MA Candidates:

• Have experience with memory care

• Have at least 3 years prior experience as a L1MA or CMT

• Are Insulin-certified (we can provide training!)

• Work well in a team environment

• Are COVID-19 vaccinated; preferably
