What you will be doing

The Kitchen Utility position is responsible for transporting and cleaning all kitchen utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks and servers with equipment needed for the guests dining experience. The Utility position is also responsible for maintaining our team member break room including replenishing employee meal and cleaning.

Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful. The ability to communicate effectively in English is required. The ability to operate a dishwashing machine, careful dishware handling and floor maintenance is expected. This position requires continuous standing, full mobility, and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and on occasion up to 70 pounds.

The ideal candidate for this position

The ideal candidate would have a flexible schedule and the ability to work nights and weekends.
