We're looking for a line cook to join our culinary team either part-time or full-time.

You'll be cooking and serving customers from our high volume, fast-paced, open kitchen where customers come to pick up their food at the counter.

DUTIES

• Become fluent on all line stations for lunch and dinner service, with the ability to fully prep and complete all duties as needed.
• Maintain a sanitary and orderly kitchen in accordance with Minnesota Department of Agriculture regulations and appropriate sanitation standards.
• Learn and properly execute all kitchen opening and closing procedures.

MUST HAVES

• 21+ years old...it's a brewery and we do sample the beer sometimes : )
• Cooking experience in a high volume kitchen is preferred but not required
• Professional appearance
• Value working in a collaborative team environment
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule - Available to work afternoon-evenings - Consistent weekend availability is required

Customer serving time (majority of hours): Average rate with gratuity is typically $21-$26/hour.

Prep time: $17/hour

Training: $15/hour

First open in March, 2018, with a capacity of 220 people, our taproom kitchen grew from a tiny corner of the bar to it's own 300 square feet space of brand new stainless steel awesomeness.
