Looking for energetic and dependable individuals to add to our team. A great attitude and being team oriented are a must! We are a premier fondue restaurant located in Boca Raton. Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out to our guests and a positive work environment to our team members.
We offer a warm, friendly, and positive environment that promotes teamwork! We offer extremely competitive pay, meal benefits, and opportunity to grow. Our hours of operation are family and student friendly. We close at 10pm every day except Friday and Saturday, which is 11pm.
We are looking for both full and part time. The Melting Pot in Boca Raton is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a restaurant career or supplemental income for those with day jobs or are in school.
Job requirements - a passion for providing exceptional food and beverages in a fun, polished casual restaurant.
Kitchen Manager- A productive management role overseeing daily duties of all BOH staff members and assisting in delivering the Perfect Night Out
Line Prep - learn knife skills along with executing recipes to a standard. Minimal kitchen experience required. We run a cold kitchen where plate presentation to picture perfect quality is our goal.
Dishwasher – this is one of the most crucial and important jobs in the restaurant! We are looking for individuals with attention to detail and a good work ethic to get the job done right every time!
