Candidate must be a hands on Kitchen Manager with a minimum 4 years experience in a high volume full service restaurant.
Position Requirements Are:
Seafood and Butchering Knowledge
P&L Experience and Maintaining Budgets
Monthly Inventory (Compeat a plus)
Food Cost (Costing and Ordering)
Training and Recipe Control
Labor Forecasting and Scheduling
Cleanliness (Health Dept) and Safety (OSHA)
Positive Team Building
Adhering and Upholding Company Policies
Current Manager Serv Safe and Sexual Harassments Certificate
