Hodges Management is seeking qualified management candidates for a General Manager in Jefferson Ga for our KFC/Taco Bell.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to Efficient operations, control of food & labor costs
Day-to-day operations: Customer satisfaction, scheduling labor, ordering, checking in inventory keeping the location inspection ready, andkeeping training up to date.
Team Building - Recruit, hire, train and retain team members
Ensure food quality and safety – Health Department and YUM Brand standards
Promote a safe work environment and facilitate safe work behaviors.
