This role is a position to enable and advance the global supply chain strategic project management & execution for Kimberly- Clark Professional’s externally supplied products. The role leads and manages complex strategic projects from an end to end supply chain perspective (planning, procurement, 3rdparty manufacturing, distribution & logistics, regulatory and quality) from project charter to commercialization, launch and process & product cost optimization

In this role, you will:

The role deploys all aspects of project management for injection molding plastic and electro-mechanical/mechanical manufacturing & assembly, but not limited to:

• Detailed plan development which includes, milestones, budget and resource management.
• Stakeholder management: senior leadership and concise verbal and written reviews within the organization.
• Cross functional team leadership
  • Accountability meetings to drive desired outcomes.
• Risk management
  • Identification & mitigation.
• Commercialization management
  • Inventory pre-builds, transition inventory.
  • Write-off avoidance.
• Technical Competence
  • Injection molding process & tools validation.
  • Finished injection molded & electro-mechanical/mechanical product validation and process & cost optimization.
  • Practical end to end global supply chain knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Operations Management
• 8+ Years’ experience in operations & project management across one or more of R&D, engineering, supply chain, or manufacturing functions
• Expert level project management skills and experience driving complex projects engaging multiple global internal and 3rd party functional teams to successful completion
• Effective and influential (written and verbal) communication in the English language
• Must be able and willing to travel up to 20% domestically & internationally (ie. Mexico, EU, non-EU nations, Asia)
