YOUR MISSION
-
Support budget needs for both PNA & Central Marketing.
-
Attend monthly budget meetings with all budget owners to gain exposure and an understanding of the budget process.

Assist in the budget process including maintaining the marketing budget to reflect current budgets and spends by using an internal tracking system.

Monitor, route and maintain both PUMA North America (PNA) and Central invoicing systems.

Internal contact for recharge requests and invoice questions including payment status.

Assist in year-end budget management including marketing accrual process.

Maintain and enhance existing process documentation and team reference files including but not limited to coding and free good accounts.

Assist with maintaining the Marketing Budget System including training, access and centrally owned data.

Provide on-boarding to the budget process to any new members of the global marketing team as well as refreshers for any stakeholders when necessary.

Support team members on ad hoc projects.
YOUR TALENT
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting or Finance (or related field).
-
1+ years’ experience in a marketing, accounting and/or finance related role or internship.
-
Strong teamwork skills.
-
Must be detail-oriented, proactive and organized.
-
Excellent written and verbal skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
-
Proven ability to multi-task.
-
Should be self-motivated.
-
Experience in budgeting, a plus.
