Organization Overview:
Beacon Hill Preparatory Institute is a non-profit organization that provides critical supplemental math and reading tutoring and enrichment to students in Local Public & charter schools throughout Fair Park, Oak Cliff, Wilmer Hutchins, Pleasant Grove and surrounding communities. Programs include in-school, after-school, and summer programming. We ensure students Catch Up, Keep Up and Stay Ahead by developing data-informed intervention plans and supporting teachers and parents throughout the school year. Our desired outcomes are to help each student achieve grade-level proficiency in math and reading, develop confident learners, and level the playing field for all participating students
Objective:
The Business Data Analyst will be part of the IT Department. The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data using statistical techniques, implementing and maintaining databases, gathering data from primary and secondary sources, identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends from the data.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Experience in Salesforce preferred in at least 2 or more of the following areas:
Administration and back end configuration
Dashboard configuration
Designing and Building Reports
Must have User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
Design Flow Architecture and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) creation & management
Proven experience with API's, end user help desk and Microsoft Power BI (Analytics) - A Plus
Education and Qualifications:
College degree required
Experience in Salesforce preferred
Computer literacy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Strong communications, organization, and interpersonal skills
Reports to: IT Manager
Work Location: 1402 Corinth Street, Ste. 257, Dallas, TX 75215
Schedule: 4-5 days per week, 25-35 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
