Licensed plumber needed, no on-call. Our primary work is new construction and remodels. Our clients do have us on service calls occasionally which we fit into our schedule among the bigger jobs. Our company is in demand and we need help getting these projects completed. Company vehicle, phone and helper for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a drivers license and your own transportation unless/until you are provided a work vehicle. Your pay is determined by your ability to be used (what kind of experience you have), your professionalism and your punctuality. Clean appearance is a must (we do have work shirts) as is clear communication both in writing and via telephone.

MUST-HAVE TOOL CHECKLIST:

All your necessary hand-tools, as well as impact drill and Sawzall/Hackzall or equivalent.

OFFERING

Immediate interview and immediate start for the right candidates, followed by a 60-day probationary period where you will be observed and evaluated. A more permanent pay structure will be established based on your ability to perform the tasks and responsibilities placed before you during this time.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your pay, and sometimes your schedule, is determined by your ability to be used. As a Journeyman Plumber you will be expected to understand what is placed before you and execute in a timely fashion. We have credit accounts for material needs, and our digital project management tools will fill in the gaps for your schedule, notes and invoicing.
