As a member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining lasting relationships with our clients. Proven Power prides itself in helping our clients find the right piece of equipment for the task at hand. No client is too large or too small for Proven Power.

You will create, develop, and maintain these relationships in-store, as well as remotely. Our Sales Team has many tools at their disposal to accomplish their goals, including phone, text, email, Zoom, and in person meetings with clients.

We believe product and process training is another critical tool in your arsenal, and as such, you will be expected to attend training events, both remotely and in person (as conditions allow).

Essential Duties

  • Answer Sales Department inquiries via telephone, email, text, and in person, as needed
  • Determine the proper equipment, attachments, and warranty products to fit clients’ needs/ budget
  • Educate clients on machine operation
  • Process sales orders and parts orders/invoices
  • Maintain all current sales relationships
  • Expand current sales relationships and add to client-base
  • Make physical sales calls as needed
  • Contact clients post-sale to answer any further inquiries
  • Use various parts look-ups and fiches to find correct parts for client orders
  • Complete various forms of data entry (electronic)
  • Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintains not only his or her immediate work area, but also the entire working environment
  • Willingness and ability to work Saturdays, including mandatory overtime, as workload increases
  • Maintain and continue to increase knowledge base and product knowledge, via physical and electronic classrooms, product brochures, sales manuals, etc.

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent required

Certificates/Misc. Required

  • Driver’s license
  • Driver’s license must be submitted insurance company for approval to operate company vehicles

Physical requirements

  • Ability to pass a drug screen as ordered.
  • Ability to work in a variety of positions, including kneeling, leaning, sitting, and standing.
  • Ability to be standing or sitting for an extended period of time.
