Luis Group Management, LLC is a fast growing independently owned & operated franchise of Jersey Mike's Subs restaurants based out of Ann Arundel county located in Maryland with operations in the Baltimore market.

Team Members - We need crew members to greet our guest, take orders behind the counter, build sandwiches and great relationships. Our team members have the desire to serve our neighborhood guest with a smile and quick service.

Shift Leaders – Not only do these talented people help our guest in the same way our team members do, but they also support our team members in every way possible. They train new team members on each position and act as role models for them. As the manager in charge their quick thinking and awareness keep the flow of the restaurant moving.

Assistant Manager – As the name says these hard-working people assist the manager of the store in the successful operation of the restaurant. This position is for those who have the desire to run their own restaurant but still need a little more confidence or need to perfect their skills.
