Summary:

We are looking for an experienced project manager to help the general manager in directing daily business operations. The project manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. Tasks may include assistance with staffing, production planning, inventory management, warehouse maintenance, safety, general day-to-day operations, etc.


Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Hires and trains new employees.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
  • Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
  • Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
  • Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
  • Coordinates with other departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of jobs.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent supervisory skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education/Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience required

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access and navigate the facilities.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

Job Types: Full-Time availability


Pay: Starting at $60,000 - Based on experience
