Job Title: Mid-level IVR engineer
Location: Dallas, TX (Initial remote)
Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities:
- Mid level IVR engineer
- Summary Essential Job Functions
- Build and test new features that are defect free.
- Analyze existing IVR flow components and find the areas that we can improve.
- Drive the resolution of problems found in existing applications.
- Work with the back-end developers to create API interfaces that perform well and can be extended easily for new functionality.
- Manage and maintain source code.
Position Requirements:
- Responsible for Designing, installing, implementing, and maintaining voice systems.
- Experience in one or more modern development language (Java, C#, Go, or Rust)
- Experienced consuming API’s
- Familiar with coding patterns, both object-oriented and procedural
- Make a habit of covering most of their code with unit tests.
- Ability to debug code quickly and efficiently.
- Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, message, and data.
- Experience developing as part of an agile team.
- Experience solutioning and estimating requirements.
