Essential Functions

  • Execute campus recruiting plans, facilitate candidate and college outreach. Duties also include screening candidate, scheduling, and attending career fairs, interview coordination and candidate follow-up. Responsible for system and candidate workflow, uploading interview notes and partnering with Talent Management on service level expectations and offers.

  • Cultivate a positive candidate and onboarding experience. Develop and drive onboarding and training plans.

  • Serve as the community outreach lead and build strong relationships at local high schools and colleges, focusing on creating strong talent pipelines

  • Identify and implement workforce strategy and programs for IT, which can include driving training plans, getting new talent pipelines operational, and carrying out projects related to annual survey results

  • Support with the design of presentations and reports

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and instill trust

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships internal and external to the bank and work collaboratively

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply discretion and sound judgement to efficiently and effectively solve problems

  • Ability to drive results and balance management of organizational risk and meeting goals of the business

  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and PowerPoint

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, human resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, project management, operations or related field required
