IT Temporary Summer Position Job at UNIVERSITY OF PIKEVILLE
The University of Pikeville (UPIKE) is actively seeking an IT Temporary Summer position to assist and alternate between our A/V Services and information Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Conference and Event Services.
- Coordinate with Information Technology Services.
- Maintain and service A/V systems.
- Maintain lecture capture.
- Manage/Training of A/V team AV technicians, work-study, and interns.
- Assume a leadership presence regarding professional appearance, energetic attitude and serve as a positive University representative.
- Maintain, inventory, and properly clean all A/V equipment, utilizing best practices.
- Secure Storage of all A/V equipment not in use appropriately in designated storage areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
- Computer knowledge, i.e. Word, Excel, Social Media & New Technology & Printer Toner Installation.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong active listening abilities.
- Written & verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn new things.
