IT Systems Administrator

Trillium operates a production brewery and taproom in Canton, a greenhouse-inspired brewery and taproom in Fenway, a beer garden and brewery on the Rose Kennedy Greenway, and a brewery, taproom, and restaurant in Boston’s historic Fort Point neighborhood. We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with drive, ownership, and integrity to support all of our locations.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT related support and problem resolution across multiple entities. This position will work independently with support by our part-time IT Manager allowing for development opportunities. Trillium is looking for a candidate who is eager to grow within the role and progress within the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Onboarding new employees with all of their tech needs including demonstration with staff.
- Maintenance and administration of Trilliums IT Vendor relations, Software library, Software subscriptions and IT operational support infrastructure.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot client issues by coordinating with internal groups and vendors in a timely manner
- Work with all internal departments on various projects and issues.
- Assist with the acquisition, configuration, testing, and implementation of new technology deployments.
- Maintain standards for safety and the proper use of equipment and tools.
- Maintain corporate software library and license renewals
- Administer and Control Cyber defense technology.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Associates degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience required
- 2-4 years IT related experience required
- Helpdesk Experience or Desktop Support Experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation as this position requires travel between various sites.
- Ability to work at heights up to 30’ via use of extension ladders or lifts. Training will be provided on working safely at heights.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient with Windows 8 ,10 Google Business suite and Toast POS.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MAC Os, Sonos and Avigilon Video
- A+ Certification or equivalent OEM certification.
- Understanding of OSI model and its relation to Cyber security.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work both individually and in groups
- Ability to perform basic analytical and problem solving in an IT environment
- Effectively communicate via the telephone and in person
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people with differing levels of technological ability.
- Working knowledge of: installation techniques and tools for low systems and camera systems including power and hand tools.

- Proficient in network terminations such as RJ12, RJ45 and BNC

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
