Job requirements include: High school diploma or comparable GED preferred, ability to work at elevated levels, in dusty and loud environments, ability to think quickly & follow directions, lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., read/write English & able to legally work in the US. Must be 18 years of age.
Location: Marion, SD. This position will be responsible for daily maintenance of the company’s network, computers and other devices. Provide technical software, hardware and network prob-lem resolution to computer users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by- step solutions. Clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, pro-fessional manner. Troubleshoot computer, printer, and networking issues. Performs computer hardware repair for PC computer equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements. Support company cellular devices. Setup and maintain user accounts for network and MS365. Ensure network devices are current on OS and security patch-es. Full Time Position.
