This position organizationally falls under the IT Director of the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma. Operational hours are Monday through Friday; 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M, or as may be needed. The purpose of this position is to perform those duties as follows.

Tasks are as follows, but not limited to:

1. Provide prompt technical support to all KTO entities and staff via various methods.

2. Track, triage, organize and resolve help desk tickets via ticketing software.

3. Assist with installation, decommissioning, support, monitoring, updating and maintenance of all IT equipment, software, hardware, and services.

4. Assist with meetings, projects, and events that use technology.

5. Escalate issues to and assist senior IT staff as needed.

6. Other duties as assigned by your director.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED

Associates degree in Computer Science or related field or 2 year’s experience

Additional Qualifications:

· Ability to do the work of the position with or without direct supervision.

· Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

· Must be able to pass all background checks to obtain KTO Gaming License and clear adjudication.

* Prior experience or education in Information Technology preferred

· Prior experience in a Customer Service field preferred

Comp TIA ITF+, A+, Network +, Security + preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
