We’re hiring for a full-time IT Support Specialist to work at our Hueman People Solutions office in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
The IT Support Specialist is expected to provide outstanding technical support and customer service to our employees – primarily recruiters working on behalf of partners located both in Jacksonville Beach and in remote locations throughout the country. The IT Support Specialist must have experience in working directly with employees, providing accurate, courteous, and professional IT support (in person and remote) in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.

We’re hiring for a full-time IT Support Specialist to work at our Hueman People Solutions office in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
The IT Support Specialist is expected to provide outstanding technical support and customer service to our employees – primarily recruiters working on behalf of partners located both in Jacksonville Beach and in remote locations throughout the country. The IT Support Specialist must have experience in working directly with employees, providing accurate, courteous, and professional IT support (in person and remote) in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up computers (Windows/Mac) for new users; imaging desktops/laptops and application installation/configuration
- Setting up new user accounts (local and cloud)
- Training new users on company’s IT equipment, systems, services, and usage policies
- MS Teams and Zoom Meeting Setups (Conference Room and Remote)
- Troubleshooting/resolving technical issues, involving user accounts and access, laptops, desktops, applications (on-premise and cloud), printers, scanners, tablets, mobile devices, phones, email, networks, A/V, conferencing equipment, and other IT-related needs
- Escalating technical issues to internal and 3rd party resources as necessary
- Maintaining timely and accurate support and system documentation
- Supporting the company’s usage and system security policies/procedures
- Working on departmental projects and initiatives as necessary (System and hardware deployments, upgrades, cyber-security responses, new product/service testing, etc.)
- A minimum of 4 years of combined industry experience in providing top-shelf IT support to end-users
- Working knowledge of the most recent versions of Windows, Mac, MS Office and G-Suite applications
- Experience supporting/administering a variety of cloud services and applications, including MS365, Google, Zoom, Teams, etc.
- Demonstrated experience providing outstanding remote employee support and assistance
- Customer-centric and able to handle requests in a personable, respectful and timely manner
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail in terms of following procedures, customer service, documentation and follow-through
- A willingness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented, knowledge-sharing environment
- A commitment to continually learn and grow in the IT field
- Ability to work in our Jacksonville Beach, FL office Monday-Friday
