Allegiance Staffing is in search of an IT Service Manager in Auburn, Alabama
Pay Rate: $80,000 - 90,000 (DOE)
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation of the group IT roadmap and global IT standards for the Auburn site.
2. Responsible for organizing all IT daily activities for the Auburn site with a focus on user service and continuous improvement projects.
3. With the support of our Germany headquarters, responsible for implementing, optimizing, and troubleshooting applications in our IT Systems (ERP / CAQ / EDI / MAINT / Intranet / etc.)
4. Responsible for Keyuser organization LP / Support and training of Key Users. Reliable and clear communication with key users and IT colleagues.
5. Implementing and training new processes in our IT applications.
6. Troubleshooting of issues reported by Key Users.
7. Testing and implementing new systems/features in our IT applications.
1. Works as a liaison with the Selb, Germany IT team to standardize IT infrastructure, services, and support.
2. This role relies heavily on knowledge of RAPA business processes (training in Selb) and the ability to understand the overall application infrastructure.
Skills, Education, and Experience
1. Four-year degree in IT, business, or related field.
2. Experience in User Support and troubleshooting.
3. Basic understanding of Server and networking infrastructure, networking protocols, and standard business processes.
4. Good understanding of the overall application infrastructure and interfaces.
5. Experience in process digitization and process standardization (potential for digitalization).
6. Demonstrates attention to detail.
7. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully, listens, gets clarification, and responds well to questions.
8. Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; is Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
9. Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources.
10. Ability to travel internationally.
