Core Responsibilities:

• Process and manage IT-related employee requests.
• Manage and support IT equipment (PCs, MFPs, necessary software, network equipment, etc.) in stores and headquarters.
• Software license management, account management (Office 365, Adobe, etc.).
• Control and management of IT assets.
• System support (including coordination with IT vendors and PPIH HQ IT).
• Provide training and troubleshooting of various systems.
• Provide training and mentor relevant team members to ensure proper management of company IT policies.
• Retail-related systems (ordering, purchasing, sales, inventory management, etc.).
• Food and beverage management systems.
• Accounting related systems.
• Human Resources, Time and Attendance and Payroll systems.
• Various terminals (PC, MFP, server, etc.).
• Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).

Job specifications:

• Basic knowledge of supermarket or hypermarket POS environment.
• Basic knowledge of supermarket or hypermarket POS environment.
• At least 3 years of experience as an in-house IT engineer.
• Working experience in PC and server setup, MFP setup, and general network setup.
• Advanced working experience with Microsoft Office software and data manipulation using csv or text files.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 business central.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
