IT Applications Analyst II

Location: Hybrid remote and in-office

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30-4:30

The IT Applications Analyst II will work closely with organizational operational areas and IT to be sure that impacts to application software programs and data are managed appropriately, and to ensure that information integration and integrity are achieved. This position requires excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in conjunction with advanced computer skills. Applicants should be detail-oriented and able to work across functional project areas, providing project management responsibilities as assigned with minimal supervision.

The incumbent for this role will be responsible for assisting users, analyzing their work processes, and determining system requirements. Responsibilities will also include assisting in the design, coding, testing and documentation of proposed, new, enhanced or existing computer software applications. The IT Applications Analyst II will maintain current knowledge of HIPAA regulations, state and local requirements and demonstrate knowledge in systems compliance, ongoing support and system enhancements. Applicants should be willing to perform after hours on-call helpdesk support as scheduled, in rotations, with other IT Applications team members.

Qualifications for IT Applications Analyst II:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid PA driver's license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems or related degree with 3 years' experience in software systems support and implementation
    • or Associate Degree with 6 years' experience in software systems implementation and support
  • Customer service or training experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, CSharp, and SQL Scripting preferred
  • Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearances
  • FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements
