IS Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst Job at HEALTHNET INC
Provide in depth and expert support to the organization wide computer users and various systems used by the organization. Develop solutions for desktop and software problems and document those procedures. Have ability to analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements. Provide maintenance support for various servers, OS and applications.
Call/Problem Resolution Management
Respond to all incoming problem calls and tickets and work to resolve remotely or on-site as needed. Performs in depth analysts for escalated service tickets with LAN, desktop systems, networking interfaces and software. Assists with assigning service tickets to appropriate resource. Communicates problems and resolution to user department, IS staff, and IS management using standard problem reporting and escalation procedure.
Maintain Software and Systems
Patch various applications, OS and software to ensure organizations network and systems are secure utilizing best practices.
Create and Maintain Policies and Procedures
Create and maintain various policy and procedure documents. Be proactive in improving upon current processes and procedures.
Customer Service
Exhibit customer service behaviors to enhance relations between department and user community. Participates in skill development of other analysts. Continually develops personal, professional, and technical skills. Apply a minimum of one health literacy method when communicating with patients/clients.
Teamwork
Communicate effectively and operate efficiently within a team environment. Able to establish priorities and manage multiple activities to meet team deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as part of a team.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Currently not sponsoring for work visa.
- Requires 2+ years of recent computer and server troubleshooting experience.
- Requires the ability to easily adapt to and learn new technologies.
- Requires excellent communication and customer skills.
- Requires the ability to act as a liaison between users and HealthNet IS.
- Requires thorough knowledge of enterprise systems and technology environments.
- Requires the skills to analyze system problems and coordinate resources to resolve service interruptions.
- Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft OS and other products.
- Requires the ability to multitask.
- Requires the ability to manage time independently.
- Requires travel between health centers.
- Valid driver’s license required.
