We are seeking a Skilled Erectors and Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) laborers to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. This position is a full-time, hourly position with benefits including health, dental, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and more!

The Skilled Erectors and Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) laborers will work hand-in-hand with our Foreman and Leads to erect metal buildings, work with structural steel, or work on existing buildings to upgrade internal and external components. Knowledge in metal sheeting, metal roofing, and structural components is required.

Desired Qualifications:

- Knowledgeable in Metal Building Erection

- Common understanding of standing seam/screw down roofs, Simple Saver, pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel

- Ability to work on Sheeting, Roofing, and in the fabrication environment

- Familiar with blueprints

- Have professional, effective verbal communication skills
