Job Title: Invoice Specialist
Location: Boise,Idaho (Remote)
Salary: $45,000/year
Job description:
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking printer fleets from contract signature through end of contract term (ordering hardware, adding hardware to billing system, making changes to locations as needed, initiating leases)
- Ensuring compliance to contractual agreements
- Generating monthly billing invoices and invoice detail reports
- Must be comfortable training and working in a remote environment.
- Needs to be detail oriented and deadline driven.
- Familiarity with excel is ideal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Boise, ID 83706: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Call center management: 2 years (Required)
- Team lead supervisor: 2 years (Required)
- Call centre supervisor: 2 years (Required)
