The Field Support Specialist will be responsible for preprogramming of equipment, customer returns, and service equipment support. This position will work closely with multiple teams within and outside of the company. We are looking for a “go getter” excited about this emerging technology. The Field Support Specialist will need to be able to communicate effectively and with great detail with all the appropriate parties involved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure alarm, surveillance, and access control equipment
- Process equipment returns
- Prepare shipment labels
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Very strong in attention to details and following processes
- Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to prioritize queued tasks, requests, and assign out to ensure timely completion
- Highly motivated and driven
- Able to take job ownership to get job completed with little to no follow-up on each task
- Work well with others
- Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
- Pass an FBI background check and drug free
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
