Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Inventory Supervisor role at the Cambridge location leads the team through activities such as cycle counting and receiving, storing of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient delivery of goods third party logistics, and at the site. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Coaching and training employees on inventory methodology including cycle counting and how to safely operate all warehouse equipment.
• Review records to help ensure accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures.
• Trace history of finished goods production and/or sales to determine reasons for discrepancies.
• Create work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow when appropriate.
• Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of work output.
• Maintain harmony among inventory employees and help resolve problems as soon as they’re known.
• Prepare reports and maintain records for Warehouse Manager and other Protenergy Natural Foods, Inc. Departments.
• Train employees on the use of the ERP system including computers, scanners, and printers.
• Responsible for inventory accuracy in all warehouses and routine cycle counts, including chep pallet inventory.
• Makes adjustments to inventory at outside warehouses (including vendors) based on analysis by the procurement team.
• Issues work to the inventory team members including directing what needs to be cycle counted.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
