The Inventory/Production Clerk is responsible for inventory accuracy in the manufacturing facilities. The Inventory/Production Clerk enters requisitions for consumables used in the manufacturing process as well. (IPC) maintains organizational channels of communication regarding inventory issues and works closely with ISC, freight management, and CSR’s to manage and maintain lead times. (IPC) is responsible for overseeing all consumable items used in the facility. (IPC) must be flexible to work 40+ hours per week. The Inventory/Production Clerk position reports directly to the ISC.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain accurate inventory and purchase of consumable items with replenishment schedules
• Review and management of Over-Allocation Report and related products for “A” item products
• Seek improvements in inventory accuracies
• Implementation of proper inventory consumption transactions
• Monitor and maintain inventory adjustments
• Implement systems of inventory control
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Manage sourcing issues
• Order consumable goods
• Job requires some weekend work
• Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES

• Ability to lift a maximum of 100 lbs
• Ability to perform labor in extreme temperatures and temperature changes for long periods of time
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Position requires full range of body movement including lifting, twisting, bending, reaching, pulling and pushing
• Ability to mount and dismount industrial equipment
• Willingness to travel
