Job Summary:

Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, this position provides inventory control data collection, coalition, and reports on all products, materials, and parts in the ENC system.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cycle Counting: Perform daily cycle counting and conduct reconciliation in case of discrepancies during cycle count process.
  • Complete reports on discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular physical verification to determine the actual quantity and account for variances of material.
  • Cycle Counting Schedule: Follow and implement the approved cycle counting schedule to identify, reconcile and prevent discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge and location of materials: Familiar with material description (specification, quantity
  • per unit, application) and location of material to perform accurate cycle counting and location verification.
  • Highlight areas of concern associated with inventory problems and highlight statement of facts surrounding the property loss, damage, destruction, or additions of materials.
  • Candidate must have a pro-active rather than a reactive approach to inventory management.
  • Identify obsolete materials and assist with the Material Review Board process.
  • Works independently or within a team on daily activities or special projects as assigned.


Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, preferably with service or warranties
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and may be exposed to extreme heat or cold. The employee is occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

  • Must be able to climb, twist, bend, stoop, stand, squat, and grasp.
  • Must have use of hands and be able to work over-head.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in California is $17.00. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role. The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are proud to offer competitive benefits in addition to competitive pay.
