This high-visibility, task-oriented role with many touchpoints is based in the Brosnan Headquarters (BHQ) in Pearl River, NY. The successful candidate will be the primary liaison for all operational field supplies between the individual job sites throughout the United States, the BHQ, and our vendors. This fast-paced position requires attention to detail, ingenuity, and problem-solving to fulfill job site needs quickly while ensuring the organization's financial goals are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the responsible party for sourcing uniforms, two-way radios, and all other operational field supplies
  • Receive and inventory all necessary field supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are available for disbursement.
  • Process/Oversee all incoming field supply orders, guaranteeing orders are filled quickly and adequately prepared for shipment across the country.
  • Monitor/record/report on all field supply requests to identify areas of overordering or other areas of concern.
  • Manage supplier relationships and seek opportunities for improvement while ensuring production, delivery, and capacity requirements for all commodities.
  • Partner with field operations team members to understand issues with field supplies, troubleshoot problems, and work toward quick resolutions.
  • Assist in identifying innovations that help increase the bottom line by improving processes and material quality.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting detailing tickets completed/pending, inventory, costs, trends, etc.
  • Plan and deploy HQ inventory to maintain balanced levels of supplies throughout the organization
  • Manage and maintain all logistics-related databases and ensure all informational databases are accurate and current
  • Work to maintain data integrity and supply chain network visibility to key stakeholders (Senior Management)
  • Help code orders into financial systems when appropriate, approve orders where necessary
  • Develop and implement a program to streamline the supply chain by leveraging new and existing vendors, ultimately shifting in-house inventory management to mostly third party
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations to get to a clear resolution
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in warehousing, supply chain, quality control, or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience managing multiple vendors and utilizing 3rd Party Logistics
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment, particularly across various business units and functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a bias toward action
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
