MedStar Health is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiology / Angiography Technologist at Georgetown University Hospital.

The Interventional Radiology Technologist performs neuro and vascular interventional examinations in accordance with established protocols, as directed by the attending radiologist.

Education

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Associate of Science in Radiologic Science.

Experience

• A minimum of six months hands-on training, and prior clinical experience.
• Current experience in interventional angiography preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists RT (R)
• CPR certification
• Certification in Vascular Interventional (VI), Cardiac-Interventional (CI), or Cardiovascular (CV) certification or must be obtained within eighteen months of hire.
• Associates must comply with the ARRT Rules and Regulation and the ARRT Standards of Ethics
