Each of the staffing professionals on our team have years of experience as executives and recruiters at some of the largest firms in the U.S. But there was one common theme at every place we worked: we felt there was a better way to do healthcare staffing.

In 1999, we put our ideals into action, and started Voyage Healthcare in Omaha, Nebraska. After outgrowing our previous office (and in search of better weather), we relocated to our present-day headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

Since then, we’ve expanded the types of healthcare professionals we serve, but our goal remains the same: To help high-quality medical professionals see and change the world, by connecting them with the medical facilities that need them, and supporting our travelers with responsive, caring recruiters that ensure they have everything they need to be successful.

Our hospital is searching for a self-motivated, tech savvy individual to join our team of X-Ray Technicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking x-rays of patients and reporting results to the appropriate staff. X-ray Technicians must work well with other medical professionals and also understand that every X-ray has the potential to make a difference in the lives of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the equipment that produces X-rays.
• Identify and treat radiation exposure for patients and yourself.
• Obtain patient information and enter it into computer systems.
• Make sure that the patient is positioned correctly for the X-ray.
• Use appropriate levels of radiation.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience as IR Tech.
• 2 years experience in a hospital setting.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Will work M-F 8am- 4pm with rotating call.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Travel healthcare, Temporary

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per week
