Mindrum Precision is a top-tier aerospace company, working with cutting-edge space, technology, and aerospace companies across the globe. We make parts for companies and organizations like NASA, SpaceX, Blue Origin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and more. Parts from our shop have gone (or are going, once they launch) to nearly every planet and moon that humanity has reached, including Jupiter, Saturn, Venus, the moon, Europa, Mars, Titan, and many more. This position would be a key part of our team, and involve interacting with many of these companies on a daily basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all aspects of biweekly payroll
• Matching vendor invoices and receivers
• Entering invoices into accounts payable and paying them
• Preparing bank deposits and reconciling bank accounts
• Reconciling all investment accounts
• Preparing Sales Tax reports and payments
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Prepare various weekly and monthly reports
• Work with CPA on tax reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience minimum (manufacturing setting background a bonus, but not a requirement).
• Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
• Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
