Requirements:
- Two years of sales with interior design experience in a high-end/luxury furniture showroom -- PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU POSSESS THIS EXPERIENCE. All other candidates will not be accepted.
- CAD and/or Interior Design software a plus
- The ideal candidate will possess a BA or higher
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales goals, house calls, delivery goals and creating and maintaining a client base
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, professional attitude, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to create a computer based floor plan and work with design software & templates
- Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features
- Stay current on interior design trends in their local market and on a national level
-Participate in other showroom functions including, but not limited to: training and mentoring others, conducting periodic sales meetings, working reports, maintaining showroom appearance, tagging, wrapping and loading light furniture & accessories for clients, answering phones, greeting, catalog / price-list upkeep, cleaning, and inventory maintenance
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to effectively prioritize tasks, and knowledge of the gallery and/or museum business are expected.
- Timely project management and deadline-driven multitasking abilities
- Maintaining the standards of excellence in the gallery and for guest experience, presenting a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Advanced client relationship management experience
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- Uploading client profile details, processing sales, and generating invoices. Manage all sales processes from initial contact to product delivery including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, closing and account management.
Full-time position. Flexibility in schedule, including working weekends and evening shifts is required. No phone calls or walk-ins please.

Salary: From $37,440 + Commission
