Interconnection Coordinator Job at Bright Planet Solar Inc
The Employee shall be employed as an Interconnection Coordinator and the Employees responsibilities may include, but not limited to,
submitting and monitoring documentation ensuring solar projects receive the appropriate utility interconnection approval and state/utility rebates.
Responsibilities include:
Skill Set Required:
submitting and monitoring documentation ensuring solar projects receive the appropriate utility interconnection approval and state/utility rebates.
Responsibilities include:
- Submitting Interconnection Applications online, through email, and/or through mail.
- Resolving any rejection sent by utility companies by using problem solving skills.
- Contacting customers when appropriate to resolve utility rejections.
- Occasionally taking inbound calls by either utility companies or customers about resolving utility rejections, or getting customer's systems turned on.
Skill Set Required:
- Must be detail oriented and must be able to stay focused while submitting interconnection applications so as to not cause any discrepancies in information.
- Must be open to learning new processes.
- Must be computer savvy.
- Must be able to communicate professionally through email and over the phone.
