As an Interactive Producer for AKQA, you will partner with our creatives, developers and clients to produce innovative digital experiences for web, mobile and e-commerce. Candidates for this position must have a strong track record of managing the production of websites, site redesigns, email campaigns and mobile apps in a digital design group, digital marketing consultancy or digital advertising agency.

This role will require close collaboration—from concept, development and launch—with client, creative, development and cross-functional teams. Relocation to the SF Bay Area will be provided, but candidates who wish to work remote indefinitely will be considered as long as they are able to work West Coast hours and be willing to occasionally travel for meeting in Sunnyvale in the future.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least 4-6 years of solid, hands-on experience helping to managing the end-to-end production of complex website builds, redesigns, and site updates - experience in the e-commerce space is preferred
• Previous experience working as a Digital Producer and managing other Producers within a design studio, digital advertising group, advertising agency or client-side design group
• Experience overseeing the delivery and execution process of large-scale websites, as well as ensuring and facilitating effective team communication and collaboration
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to accommodate rapid change and deliver work under tight deadlines
• This role is very client facing. Acting as a trusted partner to our clients, you will be expected to have daily client interaction, as well as set up and attend client meetings on a regular basis
• Use AKQA's and client's software and project management systems to keep track of people and progress
• Ensure a collaborative 'One Team' approach comprising both client and AKQA team members

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills one-on-one and in large groups, with the ability to communicate high-level concepts and overall business direction, organize information quickly and summarizing succinctly
• Strong knowledge of account and project management principles, methods and techniques, with comfort in a technical environment
• Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection
• Proven experience working closely with creatives and developers to produce complex digital projects and large teams, optimally within an agency environment
