A 2000.00 `sign on bonus is offered with this position! Base Pay: $45,000.00+ per year with the ability to earn $28.63-$60.00/hr on top of the base annual salary!

Intensive In-Home is a service for children and teens who need a lot of support to stay in their homes. A clinician leads a team of experts who work with the family and the child short-term to provide the best treatment for serious problems related to mental health and/or substance use.

Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervises team members to assure the delivery of best and ethical practices services

· Directs the day-to-day operations of the team

· Provides individual and Family therapy

· Schedule and facilitate team meetings

· Enter notes into ICAN within set time constraints. Review notes for team

· Review notes for accuracy before billing takes place

· Complete Assessments as needed including but not limited to PHQ9, GAD-7,

· Receive intake transition packets from other services, assign intake to either self or team members

· Complete CCA addendums

· Work with team to set up an on-call rotation, in addition Team Lead will be in rotation as well

Education and Experience Required:

1. A master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field.

2. At least one (1) year experience with the child mental health population.

3. Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

4. High level proficiency in Microsoft Office- MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychological Associate, LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LCMHCA, LMFT/LMFTA

Resume must include degree earned (major & minor), graduation month & year, relevant employment dates including month and year, and populations served.
