The Integration Developer (Workday) works and acts independently, as needed, when analyzing requirements to design integration solutions, specifically with Workday. The ideal candidate brings a positive, analytical, and forward-thinking approach to the team. S/he provides day-to-day production and user support, project coordination, documentation, reporting, and general system administration. This role offers variety, challenges, and the opportunity to grow professionally. The ideal incumbent will have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and client stakeholders. This technical role reports into the Corporate IT organization through the Executive Director of Enterprise Applications and Data Analytics and will matrix to the HRIS team; collaborating with internal and external groups.

• Key/lead technical support for Workday integrations
• Ability to create Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
• Design, build, test and deploy business requirements across multiple types and areas of integrations; remains agile in support of changing needs and priorities
• Document technical specifications to support applications, develop test plans and perform unit testing
• Provide production support and respond to issues and incidents on a timely manner
• Work collaboratively and build relationships with different ITT teams; create solutions in service-oriented architecture
• Troubleshoot integration issues across applications with in-depth expertise in Workday solution
• Support Workday Release preparation and the enablement of new features
• Manage tasks/integration activities across multiple projects across the ITT application landscape

• BA/BS in Computer Information Systems Management and/or demonstrated integration technical experience in a fast-paced environment
• 3-5 years’ experience with Workday developing integrations and reports; use of Studio is required
• Experience with EIB, Core Connector, Custom Reports, BIRT, Calc Fields and Business Processes
• Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, REST)
• Experience with XML programming, including XPATH, XSLT, WSDL, and XML Schemas
• Experience with building integrations between Workday and ADP US Payroll, other international payroll systems, iCIMS, benefits vendors and others a plus
• Professional and accountable - executive presence with a self-starter attitude
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests/projects; manage repetitive work efforts that are part of day-to-day production support
• Ability to explain technical concepts effectively, verbally and in writing
• Compliance focused; this role has access to confidential data – discretion is paramount
• Experience in a multi-faceted manufacturing environment a plus

• Must possess excellent research and problem-solving skills; fully developed analytical skills, including excellent modeling skills – demonstrates keen attention to detail
