The Harrisburg Area YMCA Center for Healthy Living provides programs to address Chronic Disease. These programs are offered in the day and evening hours. This individual will be responsible for meeting, educating ,and cultivating referrals from physician offices and other community partners into our chronic disease prevention and management programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for instructing some of the classes upon proper training and certifications. We offer our programs to a diverse population. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Experience with medical terminolgy a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
